1. Introduction

Welcome to the Fusionexis Inc. Predict & Win Platform ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or participating in any prediction competition hosted on this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Fair Play Policy and Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all participants worldwide and are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, secure, and enjoyable experience for every user.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To participate, users must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required in their country of residence.
• Complete the registration process.
• Verify their account through OTP verification or other approved authentication methods.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Not be prohibited from participating under applicable laws or regulations in their country.

Fusionexis Inc. reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, residency, or eligibility at any time.

3. Account Registration

• Mobile Number (OTP Verification)
• Google Account
• Apple Account
• Any other approved authentication method

Each participant may maintain only one active account. Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and ensuring all registration information remains accurate and up to date.

4. One Person, One Account Rule

To maintain fairness, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple accounts by the same individual
• Duplicate registrations
• Fake identities
• Shared accounts
• Automated registrations
• Account farming
• Using family members, friends, or third parties to gain unfair advantages

Fusionexis Inc. may use advanced fraud detection systems, including device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, email verification, phone verification, behavioural analysis, location analysis, and identity verification checks. Violation may result in immediate disqualification and permanent suspension.

5. Fair Play Policy

Fusionexis Inc. maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, fraud, manipulation, or any activity that compromises competition integrity.

The following activities are prohibited:

Any suspicious activity may be investigated without prior notice.

6. Prediction Rules

Predictions must be submitted before the official match deadline. Once a match starts, predictions cannot be edited, withdrawn, or changed, and late submissions will not be accepted.

7. Leaderboard Rules

Leaderboard rankings are calculated automatically based on the official scoring system.

In case of a tie, Fusionexis Inc. reserves the right to apply additional tie-break criteria, including:

• Exact score predictions
• Earliest prediction submission
• Prediction accuracy rate
• Bonus scoring criteria
• Random draw (if required)

The platform's leaderboard calculations shall be considered final.

8. Prize Eligibility

To receive any reward, participants must:

• Have a verified account.
• Comply with all Fair Play requirements.
• Pass fraud and security reviews.
• Provide any required verification documents.

Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise approved. No cash alternative will be provided unless specified.

9. Winner Verification

Before prize distribution, Fusionexis Inc. may require:

• Passport
• Driving License
• Residence Verification
• Phone Verification
• Email Verification

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in prize forfeiture.

10. Disqualification Rights

Fusionexis Inc. may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspected fraud
• Multiple account usage
• Abuse of the Platform
• Violation of applicable laws
• Any conduct deemed harmful to competition integrity

Disqualified users forfeit all accumulated points, rankings, and prizes.

11. Platform Integrity

Fusionexis Inc. reserves the right to:

• Investigate suspicious activity
• Recalculate scores
• Remove invalid entries
• Modify competition structures when necessary

All decisions made in the interest of competition integrity are final.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, branding, designs, software, graphics, databases, and content remain the exclusive property of Fusionexis Inc. or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering, users agree that Fusionexis Inc. may collect and process:

• Mobile Number
• Login Information
• Device Information
• Usage Analytics
• Competition Data

Data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including principles similar to GDPR where applicable. Personal data will never be sold to third parties.

14. Limitation of Liability

Fusionexis Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Internet interruptions
• System failures
• Technical issues
• Third-party service outages
• Delayed prize delivery caused by external factors
• Force majeure events

Participation is at the user's own risk.

15. Competition Modifications

Fusionexis Inc. reserves the right to:

• Change prize structures
• Update scoring systems
• Postpone competitions
• Cancel competitions
• Introduce new features

These changes may be made when reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or fairness purposes.

16. Geographic Restrictions

19. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, verifying your identity, and participating in any prediction competition on the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You agree to comply with all Platform requirements.
